The key objective of BCOC is to work towards the social and economic development of the community, thereby contributing to nation-building exercises. BCOC provides a platform for individuals & businesses to network,upskill and grow.

Nurture 50 grassroots entrepreneurs/start-ups to reach the next level, progressing from small-size (start-up & up to Rs 5 crores enterprise value) to mid-size (from Rs 5 to Rs 500 crores enterprise value) and ultimately becoming Unicorns.
